"Content" includes all course materials, books, videos, articles, and other resources provided through the platform. "Services" include online courses, coaching, book sales, and related educational offerings.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
All content on the Aap Ki Kaksha platform, including but not limited to course materials, videos, text, graphics, logos, and book content, is the intellectual property of Sakshi Singh / Aap Ki Kaksha unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.
When you enroll in a course, you receive a limited, non-transferable license to access the content for personal educational use. Course access duration may vary depending on the specific course. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue course content at any time.
All book orders are subject to availability. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made in full at the time of order. We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, and other methods as displayed during checkout.
We ship books to addresses within India. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. You must provide an accurate and complete shipping address.
Courses: Due to the digital nature of our courses, all enrollments are final and non-refundable once access has been granted. If a course has not been accessed, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
Books: We accept returns of physical books within 7 days of delivery only if the book is damaged or defective. Refunds will be processed after we receive the returned item in its original condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Aap Ki Kaksha and Sakshi Singh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
The platform and all content, courses, and services are provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. While we strive to provide accurate and high-quality educational content, we do not guarantee specific exam results, marks, or admissions. Educational outcomes depend on individual effort and various factors beyond our control.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aap Ki Kaksha, Sakshi Singh, and our affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your violation of these terms or your use of the platform.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Deoghar, Jharkhand.
